Business coaching gets into the nitty gritty of dealing with the day to day reality of running that show. Strategies and actions are agreed in the boardroom. Putting it all to work is a lonely task. It’s helpful to have someone with similar experiences alongside offering a safe space to think and de-risk challenging situations. You report to your coach differently to how you report to your board.
